The implementation of Team 12/12 was spoken to me in 2004. The Lord said He would send 12 people to train for 12 months that I would pour 12 years into intimately, and that they would be 12 financial pillars for the duration of 12 months.

They would be sent ones of His choosing. I would instruct them in all that He has poured into me and that they would go out and begin to implement the strength of the anointing in a greater way and establish their business/financial entities with greater strength; and put more into those into their spheres of influence through gaining a greater insight about intimacy with God and the establishment of prayer around the vision that they steward. 

As we have entered a greater depth of perilous times, leaders are beginning to understand that “prayer is not an option they can not continue to leave home without it” on a personal level and on a corporate level!

Prayer is the greatest mandate for all financial successes and a daily intimate relationship with the Lordship of Jesus Christ today for any significant progress! The times decry this is the only way to move ahead, and literally in some cases move forward or survive.  God is looking for serious dedicated people who seek HIS FACE FIRST and not operate through gifting, talent, positioning or networking! 

Much that is done today in the areas of business and finances are done out of fleshly presumption and not by led by the spirit of God! This is a sad western mentality that must be broken!  In order to carry a greater flow in all areas of Kingdom finances; and circumvent obstacles, God is looking for holiness the principle attributes today.  Holiness comes from obedience and literally surrendering “leadership to Lordship”.
